Korea Open Busan International Dragon Boat Regatta Begins This Weekend

The Korea Open Busan International Dragon Boat Regatta will be held on September 11 and 12 at APEC NARU Park on the Suyeong River.

The competition is hosted by the city of Busan and Busan MBC and run by the Sea Explorers of Korea and Busan Dragon Boat Association.

A total of 26 teams from 10 countries will participate in the competition. The following races will be held at the event: 500-meter races for 12 and 22-seat boats and a 1000-meter race for 22 seat-boats on September 11 in addition to 200-meter races for 12 and 22-seat boats on September 12.
